10 out of 10. They are very helpful and professional. I’ve been to other Vets with my first puppy and dreaded most of the visits. PetCura was a very nice experience not only for me but for my new puppy.

They were awesome! They squeezed my dog in, fixed her dewclaw, and gave her lots of love and a sparkly purple cast that tastes terrible so she doesn't like it! Affordable care with excellent service and staff.

Everyone has been wonderful with Annie, even checked on her the day after. During her recovery from surgery she wasn't placed in the crate instead she hung out outside the doctors office so he can watch her. The staff has been so helpful and caring. We love our dog and want her to have the best care and that's what we received.

Great staff! Very sweet and patient with my scared puppy! After trying another vet I will only take Pepper Anne here. The Dr. was great about explaining my puppy's needs and gave great aftercare instructions. Such a blessing, especially as a new dog owner!

I discovered this vet through a friend. My dog received great care during all of the services provided. The staff is friendly and efficient. The Vet is caring and knowledgeable.The animal hospital is conveniently located in Livermore and has good hours of operation. Check them out for your pets needs!

Great experience! Came in for the shot clinic and they took us in within 5 mins and we were out within 20 mins (also got my pups nails cut). It is clear that the employees love animals and made my dog feel comfortable. The place is also kept nice and clean.

Petcura is the Beat all the girls that work there are so sweet and kind very helpful and so patient the doctor is so awesome very good doctor your pet is in good hands with everyone there I trust that place

This is the second time in 9 months that I brought my puppy into PetCura for an emergency and both of those times I was scared and hysterical because my dog was hurt. From the moment I walked in, the initial check up, the plan to make him better, and to picking him up from them, I felt like we were taken care of.

Very professional. The vet and staff are awesome. We just moved to Livermore from Scottsdale AZ. We are so glad that we found a vet even better than our previous. Our GSD is quite protective of us and tends to be aggressive when we are around. The staff were very pleasant and handled him with care and understanding. The vet was straight to the point and no mumbo jumbo. We are so happy that we found a good place for our pet.

Was looking for new vet for my Basinji , he hurt himself and was in pain but just couldnt pin point where he was hurt. Staff and dr where very kind to Hank. I highly recommind them, they also print out fee's and show you what items cost before they do anything no suprises. Also extremely clean and great location.

My dog had an ear infection and our regular vet was unavailable for another week. Not wanting to wait that long I googled Vets in Livermore and honestly just picked the one closest to my house. What a great choice it turned out to be. The staff and Doctor were incredibly friendly, efficient and very professional. The facility is very clean and organized, definitely a well run operation. Definitely a fan and will definitely go back.
